KLV’s first vintage of 100% Pinot Noir, we harvested enough fruit in 2007 to fill three barrels. At about 60 gallons per barrel, and roughly 5 bottles per gallon, it works out to a small amount - only 66½ cases bottled. This Pinot exhibits strawberry aromas, a spicy fruit flavor, and an elegant structure from the barrel aging.
