The Keuka Lake Vineyards Semi-Dry is a blend of Rieslings from our Evergreen Lek, 20 rows, Lucie, and Ernesto estate vineyards. The 2009 growing season was unusually cool and we left our rieslings hanging on the vines well into October.

The Riesling juice was kept separate by vineyard lot and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After a winter in the cellar, we tasted the wines and established our Dry Riesling vineyard designates and the remaining Rieslings tanks were blended into this Semi-Dry Riesling. Juicy peach on the nose with a fresh and intense fruit flavor balanced by an elegant structure on the mouth.
