Enjoy a six course gourmet meal on Saturday November 13th saturated with wine and laughter in the intimate tasting room at Keuka Lake Vineyards. A selection of KLV wines will be paired with foods of the Finger Lakes created by local chef Debbie Meritsky who holds twenty-five years of fine dining experience. Produce, meats, and cheeses will be procured from area farms including Ever Green Farm and Quest Farm. Come and converse with winemaker Staci Nugent and vineyard manager Melvin Goldman who will share stories on the wines and times at Keuka Lake Vineyards.

Technically speaking, all main ingredients are Finger Lakes sourced except for the sausage, which is from Simply Sausage, a gourmet artisanal sausagemaker located in Landover, Maryland (Mel finds their links the best in the world and not just because he is good friends with the maker, Stanley Feder).

Cornish hen roasted and stuffed with bauernwurst sausage, served with a riesling beurre blanc over a bed of confetti wild rice, spinach souffle, and a garnish of crispy duck skins
